Irish Den also focuses on implementing internships as a significant part of its operations. Every employee at Irish Den has undergone an unpaid internship program aimed at educating students on customer service, work ethic, personal development, and general job skills. Once finished with the internship, students are invited to become an official paid employee.

Upon completing the internship, working through high school and graduating, they will receive a scholarship to further their education.
